I need to limit my calories burned to avoid loosing too much weight. I can loose a little and still be healthy, but I want balance. My goal is 930 to 1,860 minutes of cardio: keeping between the lines.

July 2 - 90: 40 min treadmill intervals; 20 min rowing machine; 30 min core and lower body ST
July 3 - 165: 90 min walking; 75 min yoga
July 4 - 95: 30 min elliptical; 40 min intervals on the treadmill; 25 min core and upper body ST
July 5 - rest day
July 6 - oops! slug
July 7 - 150: 40 min intervals on the treadmill; 20 min elliptical; 30 min ST; 60 min yoga
