4.5 hours of hiking... around 16 miles
I used to shut the skinny me up with chocolate, now I shut the fat me up with a 4 mile walk

56 km or 35 miles was the longest walk I did in one day - did it two years ago ... since then my average walk is 10 miles or just over 16 km.
I walk a min of 90 min a day save for the days at the gym then its a min of 150 min of walking
Cals Burned for 6 years = 2,359,000
6 years Deficit Total = 1,729,800
Should have lost: 250 to 495 pounds
Actual loss = 139 lbs and 50 inches from core
On a treadmill, 90 minutes. Outside - I've walked from about 9:30 AM to 10:00 PM...but just regular walking, not a 'power' walk...if somebody would walk with me the whole time and talk..I could just walk & walk outside...I love being outside.

my treadmill is also where I can see the TV. Right now its 140 minutes. Next week it may be 160 minutes. 140 is rough so Im not sure if I can beat it. Most days its 100 Minutes before the treadmill stops on its own and I have to restart it.

Since I started my GET HEALTHY program on January 2, my longest walk (on the treadmill) has been 87 minutes.
Life is too short to wake up with regrets. Love the people who treat you right. Forget about the oneís who donít.

my treadmill is sitting in a place that I can see the television. So we bought a pair of cordless headphones so I can watch tv and walk at the same time. well I had to catch up on my Tivo'd shows so I think I did 4 episodes of 'House' once so about 180 minutes(3 hours)

I think I just went on my longest walk since starting this life-changing lifestyle. As far as I can remember, I don't believe I exceeded 52 minutes that I walked tonight (March 12, 2009). Just thought I'd inquire of others' longest walk.
