Great idea. This is my first goal month so actually I'm just working on exercising at least 6 days a week. Next month I will work on upping my minutes, after I figure out where I'm at. But thanks for the idea, it will be useful in the months to come!

That's a good idea. I know I didn't quite meet my November goal due to the holiday, travel, and some personal/family things. I met Aug, Sept, Oct goals. .and I definitely need help with this month's goal . .so thank you for posting your idea.

To make sure I met my 2,000 mins december goals, I took 2,000 and divided it bye the number of days in the month, so I have to walk 64.51 mins a day, just a thought me and hubby came up with that I wanted to share with you all. hope someone else thinks this might be helpful that they did not think of...

Lets get in shape in 2008.
