I liked the 10 things about yourself idea, people are always so interesting and you learn so much about people and their challenges.
I would assume that after a while the team loses momentum as people either drop out or move to different teams that interest them. I look at this team as coming home, my 1st experience with SP and a place of security.
How about 5 or 10 ways everyone gets over their food cravings or 5 ways everyone spurs themselves to work out or their top 5 or 10 non food rewards for making goals??? (If this has been done, so sorry for repetition!)
