That is also a hard time for me...I hate getting out of bed, not that I am not awake early enough to exercise and get done all my morning things, but I lay there trying to sneak in more sleep...which never happens...that would be awesome...maybe we could make it a 10 minute exercise goal, like getting in 10 minutes of strength training, push up, situps, etc. I have a little one that I have to be at home for, so 10 minutes would be perfect and not add too much to anyones schedule. Let's do that for July's challenge.

I was thinking we could do like an A.M. challenge. It's soo hard for me to get up in the mornings and workout/walk. I need time for a shower, and then getting my hair and makeup done for work by 8am. I have insomnia so it's extremely hard for me to fall asleep at an early time.. I normally get to sleep around 12-2 and wake up at 7.
So I was thinking for those of us who don't like waking up early etc... a challenge to wake up early enough and do AT LEAST 30 mins of some sort of workout/walking.
I liked the 10 things about yourself idea, people are always so interesting and you learn so much about people and their challenges.
I would assume that after a while the team loses momentum as people either drop out or move to different teams that interest them. I look at this team as coming home, my 1st experience with SP and a place of security.
How about 5 or 10 ways everyone gets over their food cravings or 5 ways everyone spurs themselves to work out or their top 5 or 10 non food rewards for making goals??? (If this has been done, so sorry for repetition!)
