Well I'm not sure if it comlpletely works cause I'm just trying it too but now when I'm stressed instead of going to eat something, I jump rope..... I don't care where I am, if Im home I pull it out in the living room or if its warm i go on my deck, if im in line I "air" jump rope. after about a min or 2 of this of this i'm tired and can't concentrate on nothing else but catching my breath...lol... try it......

I can do all things through Christ who strenthens me!!!!!!

Old habits die hard.... but they do die...

Watch and pray lest you give into tempation..... the spirit is willing but the flesh is weak!

I lost 40 pounds since we started this team on Oct 3, 2009 and then lost focus and gained it all back. Now I'm starting over. My goal is to take it one day at a time and complete our team goals. Slowly but surely I'll get there especially with all of your help. I've discovered my biggest roadblock is stress. If anyone has any ideas on how to handle stress and keep focused, I'd be grateful. Thanks!
