I like my kale chopped and sauteed with garlic in a touch of olive oil! Lotsa chew for the cals!

I don't use a lot of recipes but have some general tips. Strong tasting veggies like radishes and arugala are good to slice very thinly and mix with strong tasting dressings with garlic, vinegar or lemon and other, milder tasting veggies that you are familiar with like carrots or cucumbers or even onions.
CSA's are great!

Roasted or sautee'd radishes will give you a whole new taste treat as it mellows out the flavor. Like to roast them with other veg.

I am doing my first CSA this year, a half share, so we pick up every other Monday a basket of fruit and veggies from a local farm. This week we have strawberries (Yumm!), radishes (I am not usually a radish fan as they can be rather strong.), Dino kale, Cauliflower (already cooked up and eaten tonight), lettuce, arugula and red bok choy. Would love some ideas, if you have them. :)

10/5/13 5K Grace Pet Fest 38:47.6
12/1/13 Secret City Half Marathon around 3 hours and 4 minutes
4/19/14 Butterflies for Hope 5K for Lupus 39:23.8 (I hurt my back a few days before, and though it was my first official 5K with some jogging, my back hurt, so was very slow.)
