I am doing my first CSA this year, a half share, so we pick up every other Monday a basket of fruit and veggies from a local farm. This week we have strawberries (Yumm!), radishes (I am not usually a radish fan as they can be rather strong.), Dino kale, Cauliflower (already cooked up and eaten tonight), lettuce, arugula and red bok choy. Would love some ideas, if you have them. :)
