I don't use a lot of recipes but have some general tips. Strong tasting veggies like radishes and arugala are good to slice very thinly and mix with strong tasting dressings with garlic, vinegar or lemon and other, milder tasting veggies that you are familiar with like carrots or cucumbers or even onions. CSA's are great!
You can talk to God all you want and that's great, but the changes happen when you start listening to him.

I am doing my first CSA this year, a half share, so we pick up every other Monday a basket of fruit and veggies from a local farm. This week we have strawberries (Yumm!), radishes (I am not usually a radish fan as they can be rather strong.), Dino kale, Cauliflower (already cooked up and eaten tonight), lettuce, arugula and red bok choy. Would love some ideas, if you have them. :)
