Hi all! I think I checked in already but here I go again. I walked my little doggie Dusty three times already and will walk him one more time today. I walk him for 15 to 30 minutes depending on the weather here. If it is cold or snowy then we walk 15 minutes but if it is warm then we walk 30 minutes each time. It clears my head to walk. It is now 50 degrees which is warm for January and we have been walking about 2 hours a day. Best wishes, Linda from bean town
Slept late (except for having to get up to feel an insistent kitten). Looks like it's going to be a cold but beautiful day. Didn't get out much from work yesterday but did OK on food. My progress couldn't be much slower in getting back down after the holidays, but progress it is!
Good morning! Looks like we have two check-in threads going this morning :) Yesterday was great. Got to the Y for ST and cardio. Came home to flowers smuggled into my room from my OH and a sweet card. It made my day. Don't know what's on the agenda for today. Have a great Saturday!

Well, food has been pretty bad the past couple of days, but that's behind me and moving forward with healthier choices. Starting the day off with a long walk, then I have spin and yoga classes later in the morning. This afternoon, I'll be cooking like a crazy woman, making two batches of black bean and corn salsa and a batch of that butternut squash mac and cheese. Then I have a "white elephant" party to go to tonight. Should be a good time. :)
Long day yesterday, today will be even longer. Did okay food wise until VERY late in the work day (around 9:30PM) when a co-worker brought out homemade chocolate chip cookies. I wan't hungry, but oh, so very tired...and that's one of my worst triggers. Wound up around 90 cals over for the day. Really need to concentrate on staying away from the sugar.

A good start to a cold grey day, I slept well!, No major plans for the day only to relax. Planning on doing chicken breasts for main meal with a pizza type topping, a more healthy version than usual pizza, have a good day. Ree

Good morning! Here I am again, up way too early. Yesterday's lunch didn't sit well with me so by the time I got home from work, I just wanted to stretch out and let the Digel work. Plus donating blood usually zaps me a bit. So I ended up falling asleep. Maybe today I can get in an afternoon nap and stop confusing my nights and days.
Yesterday's nutrition and fitness was on track. Out of balance though is my work life...way too much to do so I'm planning to go into the office today to catch up as have deadlines looming.
