I wish I'd paid attention to Sparkpoints all along. I think I was here for 3 years before I even figured out what they were. Only then did I start entering food and exercise, and spinning the wheel or reading articles.

And a pat on the back from me. Way to go. I too have come to appreciate SparkPoints. It did take me a while to get to that point but they are another fun way of encouraging people to stay connected to the Site and to others.
