Which "diet" dilemma do you usually struggle with?
1. Failing on the weekends.
2. Making exercise excuses.
3. Eating nutrient-poor calories.
4. Starving during the day & overeating at night.
5. Going off my diet for special occasions.
6. None- I've transitioned from dieting to a healthy lifestyle.
Mine would be #2! I simply do not make the time for daily exercise. It is on my daily "to do list" but for one reason or another usually gets pushed down the list until time is up for the day!
Where there is a will, there is a way!
