I am using the recumbant bike and I am just getting used to it not sure about it at all. But I am not giving up

I DO AT LEAST 60 MIN OF CARDIO 5 DAYS PER WEEK AT ANYTIME FITNESS. CATCHING THOSE ENDORPHINS ARE GREAT !!!

I COMPLETED MY 2ND 5K WALK ON SATURDAY 20 NOVEMBER 2010 IT WAS GREAT !!! WOOHOO !!!

OK.. I can't believe it but in a month my cardo minutes are 975 for October!! I'm just trilled and had NO IDEA this month would go so fast.. keep up the good work team! I think walking in place while watching tv or making myself get up and walk during commercials made it soooo easy!

today I am starting late, but since it is sat. all day is just going with the flow. My computer internet keeps going out on me and so I am spending more time on it today than on my treadmill. but I will get on it as soon as I get all my emails done! namaste

This week I have done 3 walks - 2 30 minute and 1 20 minute. I also did a 70 minute cycle class (yes, my legs hurt).

I started doing 60 minutes on the treadmill on Friday. My goal is to walk 60 minutes everyday and so far I've kept it up.

My treadmill has settings for weightloss and aerbic each setting is 30 minutes I do one of each at least 6 days a week and I stretch doing yoga before and after. I have been doing this for a while but now I am watching more of what I eat too. I hope it works I don't like being almost 200 lbs.

I am in! I am trying to do cardio everyday with one rest day. So far I have done between 30 and 40 minutes everyday this week. Tomorrow is my rest day.

This is my first day on Spark. I began my cardio workouts two weeks ago. I have been doing my cardio workouts every other day for 30 minutes each time. As of yesterday, I have been doing my cardio workouts every day instead of skipping a day. I absolutely love my cardio workouts. It is high paced dancing so I feel like I am learning a dance routine when I workout. It is so much fun emoticon

I am going to try and get in at least 3, 30 minute sessions a week. I started here on Sparks on Monday... so I am good for my cardio Monday, Tuesday, and today. It helps to be on vacation, so I hope I can keep up my 3x a week goal after getting back to work in a couple of weeks.

You know what I just discovered that is great? If you have Comcast On-demand, they have Exercise TV. TONS of different workouts on there. I think you can get the complimentary On-demand shows even if you don't have the stations.

BFranzen, I like to find exercise videos online. I know SP itself has a few 10 minute cardio videos. Can also find some on hulu or youtube I'm sure. Just some suggestions for ways to get your cardio in even if you can't walk. :) There's lots of other things you can do too, like jumping jacks or jumprope or walking/jogging in place while watching tv, etc. You can do it!

epic fail today. By the time I got out of my Health Assessment Lab it was dark out, and I have a strict no walking alone in the dark policy. Oh well, maybe I can double up tomorrow and go for 2 walks. I plan to join a gym soon, just to broke to do it right now. I am a college student in nursing school. With it getting darker sooner I need to come up with some kind of plan.

I'm in, only I'm gonna step it up to 30 per day, everyday. Day one done, 40 min brisk walk. Time flew by in this lovely fall weather!!
