zuiccini and yellow squash (thin strips) with just a small bit of oil and seasoned to taste. I use garlic powder, black pepper, cumin and parsley. Sprinkle parmesan cheese over the top.



** zuiccini is misspelled. Sorry. The spell check caught it but suggested "sexily". emoticon

Discovered by accident and desperation, LOL!

A cup of fresh strawberries sliced, with a tablespoon of flavored creamer. Drizzle the creamer over the berries and stir so that all berries are covered. A great snack under 100 calories. I have tried French Vanilla and Caramel Macchiato.
