THIS CHALLENGE IS TO PUSH YOU TO THINK OF DIFFERENT WAYS TO ALTER YOUR EVERYDAY MOVEMENTS. DOING SMALL CHANGES TO YOUR ALREADY EVERYDAY THINGS CAN HAVE A GREAT EFFECT IN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS JOURNEY. FOR EXAMPLE, PARKING YOUR CAR FURTHER FROM THE BUILDING, TAKE THE STAIRS INSTEAD OF THE ELEVATOR, DANCING TO MUSIC AS YOU DO YOUR HOUSEWORK. ALL THESE THINGS CAN HELP BURN MORE CALORIES. THE MORE YOU APPLY ACTIVE MOVEMENT WITH ANYTHING YOU DO HELPS BURN MORE CALORIES. SO IM HERE TO ENCOURAGE YOU TO JOIN ME IN THIS CHALLENGE.

CHALLENGES ARE WHAT WE FEEL IS IMPOSSIBLE THATS WHY WE SET THEM SO IT CAN BECOME POSSIBLE!!

LETS KICK IT INTO HIGH GEAR!! WE ARE AT THE PEAK OF THE SUMMER WHAT BETTER TIME TO START KICKING THE POUNDS OFF. SO FOR AUGUST I CHALLENGE EACH MEMBER TO JOIN ME IN LOSING 2 TO 4 POUNDS A WEEK!
