Just did my last weigh in for the month and am down 1.1 pounds from last week. Feeling much better recently and ready to have an awesome summer. This will be my last weigh in for May. This month I lost 7.1 pounds! Woohoo! :)
Only a few more ounces to go until I'm in the 120s. I am still pushing for 125 by July 1st. We'll see how that goes. I am bummed I won't be able to walk tonight. I have a dinner to go to with a friend who is in town from Colorado. I'm going to have to be very careful of what I eat, but dinner's at a chinese restaraunt & there's not much there that's healthy, so I'll just have to be really good about my portions, I guess. I fear this will derail me, but on a good note, it's supposed to be semi nice this weekend & weekends are for 8 mile walks, so I'm hoping that will burn off whatever I put on tonight. I'm still doing 6 miles every night that I can (it averages 6 nights a week because there's always something going on one night) & then 8 miles on the weekends. My dog loves it & I'm getting to the point where I do, too. :-) I'll keep you posted on my progress. I hope that I can get in the 120s before the end of May so I don't have to push so hard throughout all of June. **Fingers Crossed**

Thanks for the compliment JillianFan! Haven't posted for a while :( This week I had an ok week. Down 1.3 pounds from last week. Still going strong...but was very drained this week for some reason. I felt super hungry all the time, even though I have been eating the same and exercising the same. Hopefully my energy level boosts up for this week!

Hey guys sorry I have been missing as well been super busy in the spring challenge that I am in Wow sounds like you've been busy I can't imagine moving multiple times in such a short period you must be relived to finally be able to stay put for awhile :) I wish my dog was a good walker he always has so much energy I feel bad that I don't take him with me when me and my daughter walk but its hard to walk a dog who is trying to pull your arm off when your pushing a stroller at the same time. :( I really need to work with him again on that. The last few weeks seems like I just keep ping ponging back and forth between 179-181 so kicked it up a little this week from just working out 4 days to everyday and still staying with the replacing 1 meal a day with the low cal veggie soup so hopefully I can get down in the 170's and stay there!
Hi All! I have finally found 2 seconds to check in! Things have been crazy in my life the past couple of weeks. My hubby & I moved out of our apt two Friday's ago & immediately left for a weekend visit to PA to see my family. We came back Sunday night & moved in with our friends who have a dog & a 2 year old daughter. Needless to say, my dog's life has been turned upside down & we were in a high stress household. He was getting into some pretty nasty fights with their dog. I put my dog in the kennel Tuesday night so I could say goodbye to my husband who left for boot camp on Wednesday & when I got back to my friend's house they asked that we find a different living situation for my dog because he was getting into a few scuffles with their dog & we just couldnt' take the risk of their 2 year old getting into the mix. Completely understandable. However, where my dog goes, I go. They hoped I would put him in a kennel for two months and I would continue living with them, but I just couldn't do that. If my pup was having issues now, could you even imagine how he would be when we got him out of the kennel?? I am very lucky to have a friend who has offered a place to stay & my dog has been pretty good with her dogs so far. He's getting comfortable around them & is getting all up in their business, which I'm afraid will start a scuffle, but I'm hoping he behaves the next couple of weeks. My friend lives right near a bike trail, so we have been taking my dog on 6+ mile walks the past couple of days. Over the weekend it's 8 miles (which seems to be enough to tucker him out)...the 6 miles isn't quite cutting it. Huskies have soooo much energy. Anyway, because of our long walks I am down to 130.4 lbs as of this morning! That makes me very happy. Hopefully I can get down to 125 by the time I head to my husband's boot camp graduation. I have about 8 weeks for that to happen & I think if I keep working as hard as I am, I can do it. Hopefully my body doesn't get too comfortable. I don't want to plateau.
Other than that, I'm just going through the motions here. Trying to stay comfortable in my surroundings. It's so hard to move in with friends, but I'm looking for a behavioral trainer to help my pup & I get through the next 8 weeks. :-)
I'm @ 154.2 lbs after chkin 6xs. The 1st 2 times I got 153 2nd time I got 155 the 4-6x I got 154.2 lbs so I took that as my final weight. I'm very happy with that outcome. Only a few more pounds to go to actually be in the 140s for the 1st time ever. I thought I was gonna gain weight cuz I only wrked out 2xs last wk had a small binge ep Sun and my cals haven't been perfect the past 2 days.
Congrats on ur lost Lauren that is awesome keep up the good wrk. I'm goin for a 5 lb lost this mnth. Or to get down to 150 lbs. I've switched my weigh ins to Wednesdays now since I weighed in on a Wed last wk cuz I didn't come home til Tues afternoon. Hope everybody has a gr8 mnth I hope I do since the last wk of April I was in a funk and my eatin was kinda wack and I didn't exercise except 2 days out of the wk.
