Hi! How is everyone doing? I doesn't look like I'm going to hit my goal of 7 lb this month. I'm only down 3! I think I've hit a plateau. I've been very good about eating (even being a little too low some days I think). I'll admit I haven't been to the gym as often this month as I should have been, making it only 5 times over the course of 2 weeks. So maybe that's the issue. I'm just going to try and stay focused and focus on the little victories. :)
Well I am staying on track have not lost anything yet but It would be really nice to lose atleast 5lbs before my birthday. But I don't see that happening since I only have about 2 weeks until my b-day.
Just getting back into things, I had been doing great, up until the holidays...and apparently it has taken me 7 months to get back into this so I am hoping I can stick with it! Hoping these challenges will help keep me on track!!
I leave for Graduate school at the end of the month, I am really going to try to jump start my diet and get myself back under control before I leave! I am going to use this challenge as the the way to get started.
