I had at least 1 lbs to lose starting last sunday. Hopefully I'll be able to, but it has been raining since then, and can't go out to do my daily walk.

This months challenge is almost over and I will begin a new one on the last day of this month.
I wanted to congratulate everyone on a job well done keep up the good work.
So how is everyone doing? I have managed to eat healthy and I am cleared by my doctor to begin an exercise regimen on may 1 st.

Well, I am on my way to achieve my goal. I weight myself in the middle of the week and I was 163.bs. This morning, I was 161.4 Hope to be under 160lbs by the end of the month!!!

I would like to get under 160lbs by the end of April. I haven't been under that for a few years now. As soon as I am close to that weight, I don't know what happen, but my weight goes back up. This morning I was over 163lbs. So I would like to lose 4 lbs before the end of April.

well I'm just joining this challenge. I was given clearance from my doc yesterday after being restricted to no activity for over a week. I am very excited. I would love to lose 3 or 4 pounds by the end of April. I start working with a personal trainer next week. I will work with her once a week for an hour. She will also help me stay on top of this weight loss thing. good luck ladies on your weight loss.

Thanks Kym2098 I love posting this challenge for everyone.
I am feeling much better my doctor said I should be able to start exercising again at the end of the month so I am just going to keep eating healthy and see what happens.

Hi All, I have been slacking off since summer! And guess what? It is starting to show!!! I have fallen completely off track and am finding it hard to stay on course. I have not been on here for quite sometime but felt it was a good motivation tool and time to come back. My Goal is 10 lbs by June. I'll be back to the weight I was.
So put me in for 2 lbs this month. Right now I am 154.
Leeann, Hope you are feeling better after the surgery! Glad to see you are back on board! I always have loved this challenge board you set up!

I have a bad track record of NEVER meeting my goals. 2 weeks ago I set a goal of 1.5 lbs loss on the wii and today I was up 0.9 lbs from 2 weeks ago! So while I know I'm getting healthier, I'm gaining muscle faster than I'm losing fat. I'm going to set a goal of 2 lbs for April. I wish I could make a goal to lose more, but I want to actually MEET a goal for once. If I can't meet this goal I might go ask my doctor what the hell is wrong with me, because gaining muscle should make me burn more calories and I should at some point see that number go down!

You all have such great goals I hope to hear how all of you are doing throughout the month.
I have been doing OK with eating but I need to get back into the groove.
I went to my surgeon yesterday and he said I should be able to start exercising again by the end of this month so I am going to kick it into gear for the month of May.
