Happy Holidays team,
I just thought of a cool challenge we can do now instead of waiting til after New Years. How about we do 3 cardios and 3 strength training a day it could be anything you want to do, and post how you felt before, during,and after the workout. Also how much water you take in a day, and your calorie range. I figured other teams are still challenging so we should too. So lets get moving. If anyone has a challenge they would like to see the team to do just let me know i will be happy to help you achive your weight loss goals. Happy Holidays team and be safe.
