For next week we will be doing the same challenge as this week begininers 30 mins of exercises 15 of cardio 15 of strength training. For the advanced 30 mins of cardio and 30 mins of strength training til Dec 20 then we will take a break til January 5,2009. Iam unable to give out spark points for the exercises you have been doing but everybody did do well i will be sending out spark goodies to everyone on this team. Even though its the holiday season and we will be stopping the challenges doesnt mean you still cant do some exercises and stay on your program. So Happy holidays to all and i hope everyone has a safe and happy holiday season.
