I got on my stationary bike for about 5 minutes then I walked around the house (pacing) for about 10 minutes. It isn't much but I figured it was better than nothing. I am very busy with various ministry needs so I have not had the time this morning to do my routine. That is ok though because I will stay focused today. If I have time after delivering a meal then I will do a video or something.

but I seem to have a mental block against it! I am forcing myself to just do it.

I own a Spin bike and today I broke out my "Spinning, Crank It Up" DVD. I haven't done it in maybe a year. I got through almost the full session- I did 40 minutes out of 50- and I will strive to complete it next time around. I was glad that I did my absolute best and didn't hold out on how hard I was pushing myself, just so I could say I finished the video, so that in itself is a success for me.
