I find that if I have a to do list of about ten things... some things come off really quickly, and others I can't seem to get to.. it is a real ah ha moment, of what I am putting off and why, .. I treat the list like I did in high school with my homework.. I do the things I find difficult first and then I can breeze through the things I like

5. Simplify your to-do list. Take a look at your to-do list. If its more than 10 items long, you can probably simplify it a bit. Try to find at least a few items that can be eliminated, delegated, automated, outsourced, or ignored. Shorten the list. This is a good habit to do once a week.
