Had a rough week.
July 28th: 12 min cardio burst, 12 min cardio sculpt 22 min tone and burn 60 mins bollyfit.
July 29th: 12 min cardio burst, 12 min cardio sculpt, 22 min tone and burn, 30 min total body challenge, 90 mins bollyfit, 30 min belly dancing.
A day at a time and I will reach my goal. I am not perfect but I will forgive myself for the mistakes I make. Life is full of choices and sometimes we don't always make the best ones but that's what makes us human.
