Back at it. Today it was 45 minutes zumba!

restarting AGAIn.30 min on tradmill and 40 in Yoga.When I do my 3 12hr I have trouble exercising at all and the first day I am off too tired to do anything.any suggestions

Over thirty minutes of excercise today. Cardio blast kick boxing and hop to it. 20 min fat buster and seated core workout.

And around here on ehas to be creative. Yesterday was extreely hot, and then we had one of the famous Florida's Tropical storms... WEll, I did 30 minutes in the Gazelle...

Good morning!

I spent Saturday walking around Universal Studios in Orlando. And yesterday I was, for 2 hours, caring for the yard at home. Not exactly exercise, but at least I moved around! LOL

Had a rough week.
July 28th: 12 min cardio burst, 12 min cardio sculpt 22 min tone and burn 60 mins bollyfit.
July 29th: 12 min cardio burst, 12 min cardio sculpt, 22 min tone and burn, 30 min total body challenge, 90 mins bollyfit, 30 min belly dancing.

My goal is to excercise a minimum of 30 minutes a day.
