Hi Fredann. I'm doing well. Lost my four pounds this week. Yes. Tracking is going well although a couple of days a week it's guesswork. If we go out for dinner sometimes it's hard to know what goes into the food they cook. I am excercising 5 days a week though and I have lost the four pounds I wanted to lose. I just need to maintain that loss for another week.:)

Hello, where are my favorite Owls!! We're over halfway through March, are you making it happen, are you reaching your goals?
I did awful last Friday, I did great Saturday and did okay today! I'm kind of seeing a pattern here! Lol! Monday tomorrow, let's make it a great week!

I had a great day today! I actually exercised for 100 minutes! I didn't plan it that way, I just kept adding on because it felt good! I'm aching all over now, a good night sleep should help! I had my 5 freggies and 12 cups of water, tracked my food and everything!! I'm happy with my day! I hope everyone else is doing good!

I'm doing okay with exercise and water but I really struggle with nutrition... We're only the 9th, I still have time to change my attitude and start eating better...
I hope everyone is working hard to meet their goals!

I want to lose 4 pounds this month. Track and excercise at least 5 days a week for forty five mins. I'm off to a great start.

went to MInd body and spirit , today ,, had a one hour all over body massage, didn't exercise but am on track with water consumption and calories. only lost a pound last week going to have to step up my game plan this week.

MIni Goal A reached ,, I made it past 210.. WOOHOO.
3/13/12: mini goal met reached 199 lbs No longer in the 200s

Oh Boy!! I have NOT been on track the past few days! Been busy, no time to exercise, did not track and I feel it! The scale is staying the same so at least I didn't gain anything, but I didn't lose either! I'm back on track today and making it happen. Never give up, that is my modo!!

doing good today not quite on track but finally got back to the gym. managed only 40 of the 60 mins I wanted to do for the day but was getting too sore. did get a 1/2 hrs strength training in at the gym. and my calories are on track have lots for supper even with the 2 peanut butter cookies I had for a snack

goals
lose 10 lbs - buy a pattern from etsy
lose 20 lbs - by a book for ereader not onsale
lose 30 lbs - go to the movies
lose 40 lbs - buy a whole new outfit
lose 50 lbs - a reiki session
lose 60 lbs - a day to pamper myself
lose 70 lbs - new shoes
lose 80 lbs - buy a whole new outfit
lose 90 lbs - get my nails done
lose 100lbs - get a tattoo
lose 110 lbs - a weekend getaway
reach my goal - give myself a big hug and a bikini!!

staying on track so far ,, DH is home with knee problems hasn't worked in a week and a half,, my routine is all messed up,, can't sleep again, but staying on track with calories and water consumption. and exercise. ,, I just sort of have to exercise around him LOL.

worked all night , only nurse on the floor again, 50 patients on one hall, 36 on hall 2 , 12 on hall 3 and 24 on hall 4 , . any way came home, have to go walk yet and do my strength, exercises, go grocerie shopping and find tme to go to bed.

well I am recovering from the flu so i was under my calories for the past 2 and 1/2 days and didn't get any workout at all done and can't say how much water I drank as I only took wee little sips to keep it down. hopefully but the end of the weekend I'll start feeling more human and be able to get cracking

march 1st ; did 60 minutes of cardio on my treadmill, , drank 10 cups of water , and was doing good staying in my calorie range, even with going to steak and shake with hubby, till hubbie side tracked on the way home and went to dairie queen ,, I knew better, I should have just said no thank you ,, but that turtle waffle bowl looked so good. I got it I ate , it tasted so good ,, then I went to do my calorie count and cried. 2295 calories for the day .. arrrggggg .

March 2nd: so far staying in range of calories, drank 6 cups of water at this point , did 60 minutes of cardio and modified push ups, crunches, crunches with a twist, reverse crunches, bridges, back extensions, quats, and forward lunges, 2 sets 20 reps each , and 2 planks up for 1 minute each .now its shower time then to bed.

Happy month of March!

It's time for a new challenge! The last weekend of February a few team members stated their goal for this month. Here's the list:

**FREDANN - lose 5 lbs, eat no more than 1870 cals per day, exercise 6 days a week, 8 cups of water per day.
**CANUCKGIRL_EH - lose 5 to 8 lbs, 1650 cals per day, exercise 60 minutes 3 times a week, drink 8 cups of water 5 days a week
**BELLAWINTER - lose 8 lbs, 1550 cals per day, exercise 60 minutes 5 days a week, 8 cups of water per day
**DOROTHYTOTOOZ - lose 8 lbs, 1600 cals per day, exercise 30 minutes 6 days per week, 8 cups of water per day, 5 fruits and vegetables 5 days per week
** EVA0805 - lose 5 lbs, 1300 cals per day, exercise 20 minutes 5 days a week, 8 cups of water per day.
