I found a 30 minute low impact cardio routine that KICKED MY BUTT. they show you each move in slow motion and then you do the exercise at speed. There are seven exercises and 3 rounds of them, so you can actually do 10 minute sets. Depending on your spinal deterioration, you may need to further simplify some of the exercises.
