SP has recently teamed with Acacia for exercise tapes (there are a couple on the new 28 day bootcamp DVD).Here is a link to a tape recently added to SP

I found a 30 minute low impact cardio routine that KICKED MY BUTT. they show you each move in slow motion and then you do the exercise at speed. There are seven exercises and 3 rounds of them, so you can actually do 10 minute sets. Depending on your spinal deterioration, you may need to further simplify some of the exercises. I've got sweat running everywhere. Low impact does not mean easy!
