i had a banana split for dinner! :(

yesterday was the first time i slipped in weeks :( i had 2 filled doughnuts then came back hours later and has 2 more... i gained 2 lbs from it. but today i am back on track and plan to loose it by Monday!

Ok. I have been MIA for a little bit. I am going to TRY to get back into the swing of things. Haven't really gained weight, just not losing either. I haven't been eating very well. Lot's of bad stuff. V-Day was great though! :) Watched Twilight with DH.

I did it again, I ate too much of Chris's Cheeseburger Macaroni for lunch yesterday. Idk, why? At work I portioned out my lunch all week. But, I ate lunch at home yesterday and didn't get out a plate just heated it up in the leftover container. Too much! emoticon

Then I did realize my stomach hurt and did alot better for dinner though.

I realize now, that I overate Monday night! :( I think I made it okay for myself because I was eating healthy things and sharing food with other people. Also, by thinking I used to eat waayyy more than this even. But, then my stomach hurt the rest of the night.

Last night I did much better!! :) Ate alot healthier amount for myself.

Alright, I had Chinese food last night because we need to go grocery shopping and I didn't take anything out for dinner!

Now I have a confession. I was really really bad this weekend. I ate french fries, grilled buffalo tenders, ice cream...it was really bad. I didn't even work out really. I am so disappointed in myself. I just need to focus a little better I guess. :(

Ok. I have worked out almost everyday and counted my calories. I have done new classes such as spinning and hip hop, trying to shock my body. I don't know why I am not losing any weight. Any suggestions? I didn't know where else to post. There should be a venting forum. LOL.

Ok, this is my 1st confession:

I re-set my SparkDiet to be Stage 2 and this week's strategy is "portion control." I felt that I needed the reminder. Let's face it, I do. Anyway, I digress. I ate two helpings of velveeta shells last night at dinner. I say helpings because I'm sure that each one was more than a serving size, I didn't even measure it out.

I felt bloated and gross afterwards.

I will do better today.

I needed to come clean!

Good grief I'm posting on here again! :( So, today I felt really crapy today so I decided that meant it was okay to eat a crap load of chips and cheese dip for lunch. But, then I ate a sandwich later to get in some actual nutrients and a pretty decent dinner too. So, I did atleast come back to my senses later.

I went and got Hardee's for breakfast (which I haven't done in atleast a month which is kinda good) but I got waayy too much! I shared with Lena (the 2 yr old I watch) so I wouldn't feel guilty about eating all of it. My eyes are still sometimes bigger than my mouth, especially when it comes to things I haven't had in awhile! :(

My confession? I was stressed out yesterday and instaed of taking it out on the treadmill like I should have, I took it out on my Western Cheeseburger and Onion Rings from Carls Jr. Um, at least I drank water? LOL It was soo good, but wow...that's all I have to say.

Big confession. One bite, two bites, whole piece. emoticon I gained two pounds back. I do not like it! I have not been doing my workouts. Plus i fell an hurt my tail bone. Dr said take it easy. I did but I still ate too much. I will know better next time. No moving means less eating!! emoticon

I haven't been hardly doing anything lately! I haven't been tracking my food, or really paying attention. But I have been trying to eat smaller portions instead of everything on my plate. I haven't been doing my stairs like I should. I've only been doing them 2 times most days instead of 5.

I didn't lose any weight this week (but I didn't gain any either). And on Sunday, when I was on the treadmill, I wanted to quit like atleast 5 times. But, I didn't quit. I still eat alot of crap sometimes or get busy and forget to eat, like Saturday.

This is gonna sound kinda silly, but on the weight thing I think I might have lost half a pound because when I weighed my hair was still really wet from the shower. I forgot to weigh before I got in, lol! emoticon I feel better! emoticon

I ate .75 of a footlong from subway and a bag and half of full fat chips. Then fries AND a Dr. Pepper for dinner. I am offically making today my "cheat day"

Me too, but STRAWBERRYLASS gave me an excellent suggestion. She said that she always gives herself one day on the weekend to cheat and she doesn't really "over-do" it because she knows she has one day EVERY weekend.

Hope this helps. It was very uplifting to me!

I think I need a new scale or something, because when I placed my scale on different area's off my house it read 2 to 3 lb difference's in each area, either that or the floor in my apartment sucks. Oh well I guess I will just stick with the original place it was at. emoticon

I'm sure you already know this but weight fluxtuates (if thats how you spell that word) lol, between 1.5 to 2 pounds. it could just be water weight and you have come so far already you should be proud emoticon
