Fairly low carb, but pretty strange. I had 1/2 an Atkins bar (10 grams of carbs) and two slices of cheese (1 gram of carbs).

I had hard boiled egg (no yolk), Greek yogurt non fat plain, 1 Tbs of honey, 1 slice of rye bread with seeds, 1/2 banana (fresh), and 2 cups of water.

If anyone want to see what I eat daily, you are welcome to view my sp page and click on share my food tracker. It will show you everything I eat. I do have to update this past week since I keep track of it on a notebook and than add it later on sp. But you could view the previous weeks or even today and moving forward.

Zucchini bread made with protein powder rather than wheat, so about 1 gram of carbs per slice, with 20 grams of unsweetened peanut butter on top, about 4 more grams of carbs.

I still have about 25 grams of carbs for the rest of the day.

You can find it in the 'whole food' or 'organic food' aisle. It is packaged with other milled products. Sometimes it is in the baking aisle. But it should be in the regular grocery store. Good luck!

I eat the same breakfast each day ... 1/2 cup fibre 1 cereal, 1/2 banana, 1/4c 1% milk and a tsp of chia seed. Gets a lot of my fibre out of the way  and I enjoy it. I sometimes mix it up by using blueberries instead of banana.

Three large eggs fried in bacon fat in my cast iron skillet. YUM! This keeps my sugars and hunger in check for hours. Sometimes I add a little fresh parsley and cilantro to the mix:)

Challenged with fibromyalgia, diabetes T2, Myofascial pain syndrome, Osteo-Arthritis, chronic bursitis, glaucoma and severe dry eyes.

Medication reduced to 1 - 500mg tablet of metformin daily.

I had plain oatmeal, a little skim milk, about 10 blueberries and a half a packet of splenda on top. Was delicious!
