I noticed that we didn't have a thread for this, so I wanted to start one.
Myself personally I don't do the weekly weigh-ins.
Monthly works better for me.
It drives my TOPS leader crazy doing it monthly.
My starting weight before Sparks was 500+ not really sure I was in the hospital when my weight was taken.
Starting weight when I joined Sparks two years ago July was 420.
Current weight: 326
Goal weight: 145
