Breakfast: toasted english muffin with butter substitute, 4oz cottage cheese 4%, pineapple juice 6oz

Lunch: Tuna fish salad ( made with low fat sour cream and a dash of mayo) on whole wheat pita with carrot sticks and ranch dipping sauce...

Snack: cup of red seedless grapes and a naval orange and herbal tea

dinner: taco night! vegetarian for me tonight.

And for once I don't feel like I am sacrificing or losing out on something.

So far today i have had coffee and 2 scrampled eggs. I plan to have a healthy choice meal for lunch with extra chicken on the side from last night's dinner and a simple dinner maybe chicken salad sandwich on whole wheat toast.

breakfast is the same--one cup of greek yogurt, 12 almonds -- one cup fruit (today was strawberries) sprinkle of cinnamon-- put in the food processor and cereal sprinkled on top ( today was Special K cereal (3/4 cup)

breakfast--one cup plain greek yogurt with 1/4 cup almonds and 1/2 frozen raspberries and 1/2 orange blended in my food processor on top of 3/4 cup of Special K cereal! for lunch I packed a 3 oz. turkey burger on a flat out wrap. an apple and I'll buy a serving of a hot vegetable from the cafeteria. Supper will be chicken, a sweet potato and cabbage!! ( I do best when I plan what I'm going to have!)emoticon

I had my cup of plain greek yogurt with a 1/4 almonds and 1/2 cup of frozen raspberries mixed with 1 cup of Kashi GoLean Crunch cereal . It's so good and filling. I have it almost every morning--but I change my fruit and/or my cereal. It makes the morning go smoothly when I know ahead of time what I'm going to eat.

Well, this morning when my husband and I got off from work we had a deli sandwich with no mayo and V8 juice.emoticonemoticonemoticon

Hi Team, I had a 5 raw almonds, 1 once of raw sunflower seeds, one scoop of protein in 6 ounces of water, and a cup of watermelon.emoticon It was totally satisfying.emoticon

Today, I made the vegetarian chili recipe. I added way too much cayenne pepper. It's always dangerous when a recipe asks me for a pinch of anything. It's subject to my mood which today was quite generous. It actually worked to portion control's favor. I couldn't eat too much of it. Otherwise, it seemed like it had promise.

I'm grilling chicken for the guys along with the sliced avocado with quinoa, cauliflower, asparagus, and broccoli. I make a wasabi,red chili sauce that I use on everything...so I guess it will act as a dip tonight.
