Breakfast: toasted english muffin with butter substitute, 4oz cottage cheese 4%, pineapple juice 6oz
Lunch: Tuna fish salad ( made with low fat sour cream and a dash of mayo) on whole wheat pita with carrot sticks and ranch dipping sauce...
Snack: cup of red seedless grapes and a naval orange and herbal tea
dinner: taco night! vegetarian for me tonight.
And for once I don't feel like I am sacrificing or losing out on something.
Begin to be now what you will be hereafter.
Expect problems and eat them for breakfast.
