I go to BJ's and the store has this organic brand of a nut and dried berry mix that is amazing. I pre-portion from the night before and hide the big bag because it is ADDICTIVE. Other than as a coffee flavoring or as a smoothie powder, I've actually lost my taste for chocolate since my knee surgery. GO FIGURE

Frozen fruit! Soo delicious especially in this weather.. blueberries, raspberries, and for a really special treat: frozen bananas. They have the exact same consistency as ice cream! emoticon

Almonds are my favorites yet, I also enjoy raw sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds. I'm just a nut lover walnuts, cashews etc. I just have to eat them in moderation! emoticon A handful 15 minutes before a meal are a diet saver! emoticon

Celery with 1 tablespoon of peanut butter. I had that last night while watching TV and was really tired of chewing 2 stalks of celery. The peanut butter made it a real treat.

I am having trouble at my desk job, where I seem to always want to nibble on something. I don't like any kinds of nuts. I am going to get back into bringing carrots and celery and sometimes grapes

I tend to lean towards the fruits and vegetables I can choose the amount I eat, e.g., carrots, raisins, grapes, celery.

I tend to go overboard with nuts, my favorite are cashews and pistachios.

You gain strength, courage and confidence by every experience in which you really stop to look fear in the face.

Mistakes are the portals of discovery.

Don't be afraid to give your best at what seemingly are small jobs. Every time you conquer one it makes you that much stronger. If you do the little jobs well, the big ones will tend to take care of themselves.

It is never too late to be what you might have been.
