Week 7 is get your fruits and veggies in, at least 3 servings a day. 5 points for each day you achieve this.

What we are currently tracking:

1: 5 points for each day you get 5 glasses of water.
2: 5 points for each day you exercise for 10 minutes. 5 bonus points at the end of the week if you meet your calorie burn.
3: 5 points per day you track all your food with one daily bonus point if you stay in your calorie range.
4. 5 points for each day you do 3 set of 10 strength exercises.
5. 5 points for each day you do not snack 2 hours before bedtime.
6. 5 points for each day you get 8 hours of sleep.
7. 5 points for each day you get at least 3 servings fruits/veggies.

Week 6 is don't forget to get your rest. Get at least 8 hours of sleep per night.

What we are currently tracking:

Week 5 no late night snacking. To avoid this do not eat anything at least 2 hours prior to going to bed. 5 points for each day you achieve this.

Week 4 we are going to add strength training to our routines. Do at least 1 strength training exercise per day. It can be the same one or you can mix it up. Do 3 sets of 10 to get your 5 points.

WEEK 2 CHALLENGE:

We will continue with the week 1 challenge of 8 glasses of water per day. 5 points for each day this is accomplished.

On 11/18 we will add 10 minutes of exercise per day. You get 5 points each day you achieve this. There will be a 5 point bonus for reaching/exceeding your target calorie burn for the week as calculated by SP on your fitness page.

Week 2 there is a possibility of 75 points total.

I was recently in a 5% challenge and thought this would be a great idea to continue with. We will have weekly challenges starting 11/11 and going to the end of the year. Each week there will be a new challenge to add to the week before. You will will award yourself 5 points every day you complete each challenge. So week 1 you will can get 5 points per day. Week 2 since there will be 2 challenges you can get 10 points per day and so on until the end of the challenge.

I encourage anyone participating to set mini goals for yourself not just a loss of 5% of your body weight. You can reward yourself any way you choose.

WEEK 1 CHALLENGE:

Drink at least 8 glasses of water per day. You will receive 5 points each day you achieve this. Please also remember to track it on SP to get your SP points.
