Hi everyone!! we have had requests for some challenges...here were some of the suggestions. One of your leaders, Leslielenore is working on a fitness challenge as we speak. Here were some suggestions for more and I will be putting up an Easter Challenge today. Please let us know what you would like to see challenge wise and we will do our best to get them up for you!!
Easter challenge=27days away
workout 3x a week or add one more 20min activity a week til Easter.
Earth Day (41days 4/22) No clue...maybe something to do with being outside..walking, biking, jogging: yard work???
Cinco de Mayo challenge:(50 from today) ...lose 10lbs Maybe the first one to 10lbs gets bragging rights and a goodie or goodie's for weekly leaders.
