Oh...that is so cool! I live in Brooklyn, NY and don't own a car so I do a lot of walking. It really is pointless to own a car cause I would never use it anyway, plus I would have to pay to park the darn thing. Whether I want to or not the only way for me to get around is on my two feet. Thanks!

I have been wearing a pedometer daily (and I mean every single day! lol) since January of 2007. There is a site www.walkertracker.com where you can log your steps and it keeps all kinds of great graphs for you. Monthly average, yearly average, etc... Plus you can enter different competions. Check it out!

Walk on!
My company supplied employees with pedometers and ran a contest for a month. I continued to wear it and track my daily steps after the contest was over for quite a while. I have gotten away from that recently. I may just have to dig it out and get back at it!

I made a commitment to myself to walk at least 20 minutes everyday that I don't go to the gym for strength and cardio. So today I bought a pedometer. I know they sell them at the Spark Store but I really hate paying for shipping and waiting (just ask my boyfriend). Plus, there is a Modell's two blocks from me so I incorporated it into my walk today. Anyway, I ended up getting a free one year digital subscription to Women's Health so I win all around! I already accessed the subscription and started reading, pretty cool!
