Everything seems like a challenge today. It is a physically low day for me, had to take a migraine pill. Still feel groggy and low energy. It is easy to feel overwhelmed right now. I will do something of value, and be grateful, maybe meditate awhile. Tomorrow will be another opportunity to do more.

My challenge this week is to finish up all the items I need to finish - so today I shortened two dresses (and used part of one to add a ruffle to the bottom, and make thicker straps to cover bra straps, instead of the "lingerie" straps the dress came with.)

My challenge lately is simply to continue walking and doing. For months, I went, walked, and accomplished. Lately, I noticed my "old me habits" creeping back. My mind is making up the damaging excuses again. Oh my gosh!!! Help! emoticon

I am satisfying my chocolate craving with a FiberOne oats and chocolate bar instead of going for the Hershey's milk chocolate bar. This is saving me 70 calories, adding 9 grams fiber, 4 grams fat instead of 8 gm., 10 gm sugar instead of 24 gm. The fiber will probably keep me full longer too!

Today, I'm going to get my new pedometer set up! It arrived via UPS as I was heading out of town on Saturday. While it looks like a great device, I have to locate a Philips screwdriver just to get the battery cover off --- emoticon
