I'm pretty excited--just figured out that I've averaged 9,600+ steps a day this month (including Sundays--which I take "off"). I may actually be able join the 10K step/day challenge soon!

3 months into this journey and I can finally do an almost-three mile walk and not be dead tired when I get home. I actually have some spare energy when I'm finished.

I usually get less than 10,000 steps a day. I've been slowly building up to 10K a day and I'm almost there! Averaged over 9K a day last week.

I got 10,547 today. I'm really surprised because I thought I had spent all day sitting around doing school work! Yeah me!
