If you go to my SparkPage, there's a team you can join called "Around the World" - we're keeping track of our miles/steps and adding them up and trying to get enough miles to go around the world (some 25,000 miles).
Or, you can just keep track of them yourself - I do this too. I do about 1,000 miles a year. On aveerage.
