we went camping over this past weekend here's the run down (hee hee) (these are all aprox and I guesstimate on the low side) Sat I did 20 min with my son walking the dogs around a trail we found outside of the camp. Sun morning I walked about 1 hour 45 min total for the day the morning I was gone so long it was still dark when I left lol but when I returned here's my family eating breakfast wondering where on earth I was. Then Mon I kept it short with an hour walk. First thing in the morn but it was great saw an elk family...you don't see that kind of stuff sitting on your couch I have come to find out

Yesterday I got my hubby to go walk at the park with me. We walked 5 miles, it's going to take me time to get him built up to go the full 10 with me! lol
Then in the evening we walked another 2 1/2. Not bad considering the rain we had.

Today I did 64 minutes of power walking. IT was great. Got the dog a harness as opposed to a neck collar and he loves it and it is so much easier to walk with im this way. We both enjoyed pwoer walking today.

Hello everyone,

I was able to get out with my dog tonight for a 4.5 mile power walk. The weather was ideal and we both enjoyed the power walk/run. We were gone for 65 minutes.

I walked, skipped, stepped and jogged for 80 minutes on friday. I was at a retreat center and it was gorgeous.

I hiked for 50 minutes today around a lake, and saw a bald eagle.

I walked for 50 minutes today with four of my dogs and a couple of friends. We walked at a fast pace and I was really pleased at how well my dogs did together. I don't usually walk so many of them at once!

I wasn't planning to walk today, but I've joined an SP team that does roleplaying. Each minute of exercise takes us that much closer to our goals, so I got out and did a brisk 30 minute walk around the neighborhood. It's been raining off and on, but I lucked out and had no troubles.
