Fitness ideas that could burn 3500 calories?
That's 500 extra cals/day, 7 days a week.
This is NOT gonna happen with minimal additional activities...
Competitive basketball, yes, but A LOT of it.
Where can I learn basketball rules and play? I was in a women's league, but the others were all 20-somethings and could give a crap about me. They had "Title 11"- (Title XXI) girls' basketball. Those of us 50+ did not.
You have to get a serious workout to burn 500 cals. With 1 or 2 rest days per week, that's "only" 2500 cals- IF you work out 5x 500.
You'd have to burn 700 calories 5 days a week to hit 3500. Not realistic for most of us. And certainly not by burning an extra 50-100 cals here and there.
Gotta go do chores!
