yea they are very challenging with the ball that's why I love doing the Bootcamp it will work you I know that .we got 3 weeks to go hope I see some results I know my stomach sore as ever .well hope you have good night me and Amy fixen to get ready for bed .
well My abs are so sore from that 15 mts abs workout .Coach Nicole done some good abs workout and I love the one where you used the ball to do your squats and lunges I get a great workout cuz you can't cheat using a stalilbilty ball that makes it harder to do worth the payoff.love all of them.
I love to work the lower part love to those leg circles it's very good hope it helps me and it's was no big deal I mean I put it off all day long and it wasn't nothing to it.I felt so proud of myself and I went walking also .so I'm off to a great start.so I better get busy see you folks later.
