I rented this, and I have to say I was disappointed.
It's a workout dvd based on Bhangra moves. Did I spell that right? Anyway, I'd watched all the Sarina Jain dvds, so I was looking for something different.
As a workout, it's pretty good. Kept my heart rate up.
The instruction is minimal. If you already know a lot about bhangra, I think you'd be okay, but I don't and I was lost on some of the movements. You'd almost have to stop the dvd and try to figure out what they were doing on your own, and that sort of defeats the purpose of a workout dvd. Some of the movements were really cute too!
The WORST part was the music -- it skipped and jumped around so you couldn't keep a steady beat.
Sarina Jain's dvds have a continuous Dhole (spelling?) beat that loops over and over again. On this DVD, it's like they TRIED to do that, but the editing wasn't done very well so it skips around. If you're not looking directly at the TV you end up off the beat. That REALLY annoys me.
Like the twins' other dvds, there is a lot of hopping around, so if you have bad ankles this is NOT the dvd for you.
