You know the Jock Jams version of Cotton Eyed Joe? It's perfect for a super-fast 3/4 shimmy drill. I did the song 4 times last night (which is like 12-13 minutes) and I was sweating by the end! I think that's what I'm going to do for cardio for a few days! LOL
