OOOHHHH crap! I have been ssooooo slacking too for the last month or so=(. iMA TRY hard to get back on track, and reading any messages from someone is a great motivator. I seem to get motivation at late in the night and I know I dont want to keep myself up all night so I just plan on working out the next day.Well, the next day comes and I usually end up not working out. Well last night I had the urge ( at 1am!) and instead of making plans, I just did a light bellydance work out. It felt so good and it was light enough that it didnt keep me going all night in fact it made me sleepy after I cooled down. It was a nice fullish moon last night as well so, during my cool down I went outside to breath in some of her energy and showered myself with her purity. It was awsome! Thanks for the posts!
