I thought that exercise is a good way to lower your Triglycerides. Mine did not come down very much. Now I am taking Niacin and fish oil. If you have to eat bread and cracker's be sure they are whole wheat and add protein and fiber not sugar. I found this link that might help. Go to the recipes and if you just go to a search and type in Lowering Triglycerides with lower carbs you will see more. Pat in Maine.

Do you all have any suggestions for easy-to-put-together snack ideas that involve more fruit, nuts, and veggies? I'm a snacker, and I usually reach for crackers, cereal, and chocolate. Bad, I know! I would like to see foods you munch on to stay healthy.
