I read some of the post on this. This is my first time posting I just joined today. In January of this year my cholesterol level was 220 up 30 points from last year. I am 65 and the doctor explained it does go up with age. Now I was just coming off of the holidays granted but usually watch what I eat. Anyway he said before he puts me on medication a low dose he wanted me to try Red Yeast Rice..The one I bought was Nature's Bounty made in New York. So I've been doing this since. I've always taken fish oil but changed to krill now. I was doing flax seed but the calories were killing me logging in but I think I'll do it along with apple cider vinegar. I have to go back at the end of April for recheck I'm hoping all this works. Thanks for listening.
