I have a similiar recipe which doesn't call for the egg. Just omit it, the rest is the same.

Combine 4 T flax meal and one large egg in a bowl. I have used just the white of the egg and it turns out fine too. Add a quarter up of water. Mix well. Put in microwave for 2 minutes. After taking out, add a quarter cup of yogurt or milk or cream-your preference, a quarter cup of blueberries if you'd like and 1 packet of spelnda or sweetner of your choice. Enjoy.
