I had the same problem I started taking COQ10 after some research and it helped me. Do some research on your own then ask your doctor his opinion.

Now that we are deep into Autumn, are any of you having trouble finding quality produce?

I was trying to keep up with my daughter by eating a large salad for lunch every day. What I bought last week didn't look the best last week. I am worried it will get worse.

I am thankful I have blueberries that we picked at a U-Pick farm last summer. This morning I mixed a half cup with my yogurt. It made the yogurt set up like ice cream. Yummy!

I love a good full vegetable salad. I eat a salad for lunch every day. Additionally I eat a salad for dinner at least three times a day. A registered nurse told me that the leaves of the lettuce and the broccoli florets sweep the colon, as it goes down.

Salad LAST...

Americans often have salad first, and that's great... there's also a dinner format where salad comes last...

Or you can have it both ways -- a veggie salad before, and a "dessert" salad after...

For example... arugula and savory flavors to start... and pear/nut/cheese tidbits on greens to follow the meal.

blueberries are really good eaten slightly frozen. I was also eating strawberries when they were in season I bought a big box of them and froze them in smaller containers. I would take a cup out and thaw them slightly . They are so good this way ! Slightly frozen and a little crunchy, they are god's perfect ice cream!

Thank you for the list. I know that eating fruits and veggies is great for you. This serves as a great reminder to include some of these every day. Blueberries are in season now for me and I enjoy a cupful of them on my cereal every morning. Have a good day everyone.

Thanks for the list.

I have started putting veggies in my mac & cheese, my chicken salad, and with my morning egg whites. I didn't realize how many ways I can use veggies.

Fruits ~ I mostly make a fruit salad or medley. PLus, put fruit in jello which is so good.

I printed this off and posted on the refrigerator just as a reminder although I already am eating most of these. I love fruits and vegetables. I just have to limit the amount of fruits I eat because of diabetes. This is great though and I thank you. I also printed off a copy for my daughter. She thanks you too.

Water is very important for us. We may, and I do, require more than the 8 glasses a day. The link goes to a water calculator I use to see what I need for my current weight. Mt requirement has dropped 9 ounces due to weight loss. Yipee!
