I have always been able to get the recipes for anything that was prepared on a FoodNetwork show by going to the main page www.foodnetwork.com and looking for the show.

The link to Ellie Krieger's recipes on their site is:

I went to the site myself just now, clicked on a recipe for her Grilled Chicken Caeser, and saw that it did, indeed, have the nutritional analysis per serving available at the end of the recipe. It showed: Calories, Total Fat, Saturated Fat, Cholesterol, Sodium, Carbohydrates, Protein, and Fiber.

Good luck... and LILHLFPINT, let us know how that Faux Fried Chicken comes out!

(boo hoo. after reading it some more, it seems the recipes are only teasers and she wants money for you to access the rest.

oh well, she does have some neat recipes on the main page - i've been wanting to try faux fried chicken.)
