I am looking for someone (or a group) to workout with on the weekends. My goal is to just stay active for now, so walking is great. I am a 53 years old female and am in the 3rd week of an 8-week program with a P, two times a week, also adding a day of pilates reformer this week. I live near OPRF HS so the tracks would be a great place to start. My prefered times are mid-mornings.
