Hi, Chrissi! I just came from the La Grange Park library!!! My Toastmasters International meeting is there every first and third Thursday.
I'm afraid I can't be a walking buddy, though. I actually live on the south side near 103rd and Kedzie. My grandsons are the ages of your kids!
I do wish you luck, though. Glad your sons are handsome, but honey, focus on other parts of your family's character, too: spirit, intellect, etc., too. My daughter-in-law just mentioned I should start telling the kids how nice they are, how smart, how helpful...etc...instead of just their cuteness. That's why I thought to mention it to you.
We're both on ACIWL team...I haven't really kept up with it, though. As a serious student of ACIM, it's not quite what I thought it would be.

I'm in the La Grange / Countryside / Hodgkins area and am looking for a walking buddy (or two or three or more LOL). I am currently a stay-at-home mom of 2 boys and I have time in the mornings while they are both in school. Once school is out in June my availabilty will be a bit more flexible.
I'd like to meet up with another mom or two so our kids can maybe even walk with us now and then. The ages of my boys are 6 years and 4 years.
