Hello:

I am from the same vicinity - Henry County and just started this journey of lifestyle change for good. I also have not learned how to set up all the gadgets and cool tools to chart the measurment of weight loss.

The weather has been fantastic here and with the valley's and bluff with the Mississippi River runing through this area, it is a beautiful area year round.

Hi there,

I have met a few people from our area. emoticon

We are in a special part of the state and country with our Mississippi River area and the farming communities that have gotten John Deere its name. There seem to be special events around here every weekend in the summer months and frequently the entire year.
