Ahh.. it has a name. Who knew? Yes, this happens to me. Sometimes after lunch, usually late in the afternoon, which is what is screwing up my exercise routine since I exercise in the evening.

I'm trying very hard to keep exercising because I believe that will help. I found it interesting that it suggested eating at least two hours before bed. Oops. I'll give that a go as well.

Thanks for posting.

SALAD4ME1, I would hope your DR would listen to you, if they don't find another one.

I wonder if there is a test that you could take or quiz and have the results printed out that you could take to your DR to prove them that you have the problems you have.

Hi Elisa,

Thank you for posting this for others here to look at........I had searched for a page all about Crashing Fatigue under the search heading '34 Menopause Symptoms', I think it was a search I did under Yahoo search? I DO believe I have this but How to get the doc to take you seriously? Hmm, maybe this would be a good question to pose, to see how others deal with this issue emoticon emoticon

Wow, I never heard of it, but I think I have it! I crash about 2:00 every afternoon. But if I nap I can't sleep at night so I try to get involved in something so I don't sleep. I DO sleep well at night!

Have you ever heard of it?

Maybe we can compare notes and help each other.
