Glad there are choices. I think I am going to purchase some Ginger or Peppermint tea, just for these occasions.

Glad you are better.
Chamomile tea works for me. Other simple remedies include: Ginger ale and tea made from ginger root and peppermint candies.
Our pediatrician told me to give my kids the syrup from canned fruits.
Coke syrup works for those who can find (check your local pharmacy) it but you REALLY have to like Coke to use it.
Medications: For the flu like type don't forget good old Pepto Bismol. I get nauseated with migraines though and that requires phenergan pills.
Lot's and lot's of choices. emoticon

Thank you all!

Felt a bit better after taking a nap (had to get to that point to do it, tho). Eating tiny meals, inspite of, seemed to work.

I need to do some research....

http://www.ehow.com/how_2378001_cure-nau
sea-naturally.html This says: ginger, peppermint, dry toast/crackers, and rest.

Chamomile tea works wonders for me for nausea.. as well as any other tummy upsets. I drink it plain no sugar, no lemon. Sorry you woke up feeling this way.. Hope you feel better soon..

All this talk about digestive disorders and nausea.....

I woke up this morning feeling nauseated. emoticon

Okay, we know why.

However, what do we do about it? Ignore it?? Go back to bed and feel yucky??? Eat something???? Drink something??????

So much for a pleasant Easter Day! emoticon
