I drink a ton of water throughout the day, when I go to the restroom I do squats...usually 2 sets of 12-15, it adds up!!!

I torch calories by doing a 60 second spell on my elliptical as fast as I can go. It really pumps up the heartrate. I try and do this many times during the day. Night is easiest, as it breaks up the telly adverts.

I do calf raises while waiting for almost anything. The other "waiting" exercise is discreetly balancing on one foot or the other while engaging abs and/or glutes.

I live in a split level home, so I find excuses to go up and down the stairs throughout the day.

Well it looks a little funny but when I go grocery shopping, I will do little squats with a side leg lift while walking down the aisles. Needless to say, my 10 year old won't walk anywhere near me, lol.
